are u sure it’s because of this? because i buy yootheme acc and get a template and the menus had problem and i paid 50$ to fix it ? do you grantee if i pay i will not have any problem with this template? i don’t wanna loss my money like that

I completely agree that the problem has got nothing to do with the licensing, but using an unlicensed template makes him a probable for legal action and is in no way entitled for support that JA / forums give.

I personally have paid 500 usd for the templates and support, so you should really pay the fee and get the support.

Yes Joomlart will give you the necessary support to fix the website. As far as the demo goes, most of us who have read the installation guide (which is only accessible to registered & officially licensed users) are able to get the site working exactly like the demo.

Unless you register, you actually will not get any kind of support from the team, because you are using it illegally on a website.

Pay, and the support will be available for you.

Its sad to read your argument. first thing first.

1. You are unlicenced member.
2. You have 0 download in your profile.
3. No Doubt you are not directly authorized to use the template on your domain (unless provided on your domain by Developer member). But the Developer member is also required to get the domain licenced as a guideline or else its violation of JA Terms and conditions.
4. You should have avoided asking unsolicited help on JA forums.
5. I would not hesitate to ban you for this.
6. I can also go forward and request your hosting provider to suspend your hosting account for using pirated digital content.
7. What you do with templates of other Template club is solely your problem. You have no right to question JA Support unless you are Licenced member.
8. If you are so worried about JA Support, no one has forced you to use JA Products.
9. How would you justify use of pirated media on your site?
