Nothing showing on Products Deal Area

Hello guys,

We can’t make the the Deal Area to appear (accordion effect on home), even if it’s properly configured on the backend.

I’m on /app/design/frontend/gem/default/template/joomlart/jmproductsdeal/home-deals.phtml
On the frontend, this div appears empty, but it should contain products (inside an ul > li ) from a certain category (14, specified in the settings).

Is like this part wasn’t working?

$_products = $this->getProductCollection();

Should I do something with the category? It’s all correctly set apparently.

Can you help us with this?

Is there any chance you can take a look at this one?
Essentially we have an empty frame for the JM Daily Deal!
We have the config like in your screenshots but it refuses to appear.

Hi  jan444,
Currently i see that the products is not set Special Price From Date . So they don’t show . Please go to the Admin->Catalog-> manage products -> click detail product -> in the left column click Price tab -> set Special Price From Date.
